MERAKI 2.0: UNLEASHING CREATIVE POTENTIAL THROUGH PHOTOGRAPHY

As photography continues to evolve, encompassing reels, movies, and motion graphics, Meraki 2.0 – an exhibition and competition on photography is a dynamic platform that celebrates photography in all its forms. It provides a dynamic platform to celebrate photography in all forms. It fosters a space where diverse viewpoints intersect, and meaningful discussions unfold. It brings together photography enthusiasts across age groups to share, converge, and appreciate the craft in depth. By bridging classroom learning and practical application, Meraki fosters meaningful discussions, diverse viewpoints, and in-depth exploration of photography as both a career and an art form.

iLEAD Kolkata, in association with Fujifilm India hosted Meraki 2.0 - a three-day festival honouring the art and evolution of photography on the occasion of World Photography Day from August 18-20, 2025.

The Meraki Photography Festival has been a vibrant celebration of creativity, featuring:
• Over 250 photographs from 150 schools and 40 colleges schools in Kolkata
• Works from students, college-goers, and iLEAD employees
• Expert talks and sessions on Travel Photography by Lopamudra Talukdar – Fujifilm expert, visual Storytelling & Street Photography by Soumya Sankar Ghoshal  Travel & Documentary Photographer and Content Creation by Punit Sabnani, Filmmaker, content creator and Sony & Nikon camera expert
• Awards for outstanding photographs

By engaging over 150 schools and 40 colleges, and by presenting the works of students, professionals, and iLEAD’s own employees, the festival affirms iLEAD’s vision and commitment to inspiring education, creating lasting experiences, and fostering artistry that transcends generations.

संतु चटर्जी (कोलकाता):- बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन पूर्वी भारत शाखाओं की 60वीं वार्षिक आम सभा की बैठक 27 अक्टूबर को महाजाति सदन, कोलकाता में बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के बैंक अधिकारियों और अन्य राज्यों के संगठन के वरिष्ठ नेताओं की उपस्थिति में आयोजित की गई थी। बैठक में संगठन की ओर से उपस्थित गणमान्य व्यक्तियों ने कहा कि बैंक में लंबे समय से स्थायी कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति नहीं होने के कारण वर्तमान में कार्यरत बैंक कर्मचारियों पर काम का बोझ बढ़ रहा है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप उनकी शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य ख़राब रहता है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने पांच दिन कार्य दिवस के नारे में कार्य जीवन संतुलन का विषय भी उठाया. फिर उन्होंने कहा कि अगर उच्च अधिकारियों ने इस मांग पर ध्यान नहीं दिया तो वे आंदोलन का रास्ता चुनेंगे. बैठक में एफबीओआईओए के अध्यक्ष नागेश्वर, अध्यक्ष संजय दास, महासचिव नीलेश पवार, संगठन के वरिष्ठ वरिष्ठ नेता रंजीत रंजन रॉय, उड़ीसा राज्य शाखा के नेता कमलजीत महापात्र, झारखंड के सुनील लाकड़ा और बिहार और अन्य राज्यों के सदस्य उपस्थित थे संगठन भी उपस्थित थे

আজ দক্ষিণ ২৪পরগনা ঠাকুরপুকুর সরোজ গুপ্ত ক্যান্সার সেন্টার এন্ড রিসার্চ ইনস্টিটিউটের নতুন প্রযুক্তির রেডিওথেরাপি মেশিন এর শুভ উদ্বোধন হয় ।এই অনুষ্ঠানের প্রধান অতিথি ছিলেন বিশিষ্ট চিত্র পরিচালক গৌতম ঘোষ ।তিনি তার বক্তব্যে বলেন অনেক কিছু এখান থেকে আজ জানতে পারলাম আগামী দিনে ক্যন্সার রোগিদের  নিয়ে তিনি বড় পর্দার চিন্তাভাবনা করবেন বলে জানান। রেডিওলজিস্ট ও অংকোলজিস্ট ডাক্তার গৌতম ভট্টাচার্য,ডঃ অর্ণব দত্ত ছিলেন এআরওয়াই ওয়েস্টবেঙ্গল চ্যাপ্টারের প্রেসিডেন্ট প্রফেসর লিটন নাহা  বিশ্বাস, এবং সেক্রেটারি ডাক্তার অভিষেক বাসু এছাড়াও উপস্থিত ছিলেন ক্যান্সার বিশেষজ্ঞ বেশকিছু ডাক্তার এবং বিশিষ্ট অতিথিবর্গ নিয়ে সভার আয়োজন করা হয়।
