36th Stipend Distribution Ceremony of Paschim Bangiya Marwari Sammelan Shiksha Kosh

INDRAJIT AICH :- Paschim Bangiya Marwari Sammelan Shiksha Kosh successfully organised its 36th Stipend Distribution Ceremony at Mahajati Sadan, Kolkata, in a dignified and inspiring function dedicated to the cause of education and student welfare.

The programme was formally inaugurated by Shri Vivek Gupta, Hon’ble MLA, along with Swami Biswatmananda, Hon’ble General Secretary, Bharat Sevashram Sangha**, who jointly graced the occasion and encouraged students to pursue education with dedication and discipline.

Through this initiative, around 463 students from 48 schools were benefited, reinforcing Shiksha Kosh’s core mission of preventing school dropouts and promoting continued education among deserving students.The welcome address was delivered by Sri Brahmanand Agarwala, President of Paschim Bangiya Marwari Sammelan Shiksha Kosh, who highlighted the organisation’s long-standing commitment to educational upliftment and social responsibility, emphasising that education remains the strongest foundation for building an empowered and inclusive society.

Sri Manish Bajaj presented a detailed overview of the activities and initiatives of Shiksha Kosh, outlining its sustained efforts to support students from economically weaker backgrounds. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Sri Krishna Kumar Lohia, acknowledging the support of guests, donors and organisers.

The ceremony was graced by several eminent personalities including Shri Sajan Kumar Bansal, Sri Kunj Behari Agarwal, Shri Bishambhar Newar, Shri Shankar Lal Gupta, Shri Keshab Bubna, Shri Narain Prasad Dalmia, Shri Ratan Shah, Shri Nirmal Kumar Agarwala and Shri Saroj Kumar Agarwal, whose presence added dignity and encouragement to the occasion.The event once again reflected Paschim Bangiya Marwari Sammelan Shiksha Kosh’s unwavering dedication towards educational development, inspiring collective action to secure a brighter and more inclusive future for students.
