INDRAJIT AICH (KOLKATA):- In observance of International Women’s Day 2026, Annantaa, a pioneering mental and emotional wellness centre, hosted a purpose-led celebration honouring women whose vision, leadership, and commitment have created meaningful impact across diverse spheres of society. Designed as an inclusive platform rather than a profession-specific gathering, the initiative brought together inspiring women from varied backgrounds—recognising their journeys, contributions, and influence in shaping more conscious, resilient communities.
The occasion was graced by an inspiring group of women leaders and changemakers whose journeys reflect strength, purpose, and impact across varied domains. The distinguished presence included Dr. Arundhati Sarkar, MRA Nandini Bhattacharjee, Ms Monalisa Mukherji, Dr. Amrita Panda, Mansi Sanghvi Bhayani, Sumitra Paul Bakshi, and Ms Nandini Gupta. Their participation added depth and significance to the celebration, reinforcing the spirit of collective growth, conscious leadership, and shared responsibility that International Women’s Day represents.
Rooted in its philosophy of holistic growth and well-being, Annantaa brought together voices that inspire change through conscious leadership and humane values. The celebration underscored how emotional awareness, mental resilience, and aligned purpose are not limited to the domain of mental health, but are foundational to progress across education, entrepreneurship, social advocacy, creative industries, and community leadership. Through this initiative, Annantaa reaffirmed its commitment to fostering inclusive conversations around empowerment, inner balance, and sustainable success.
Speaking on the occasion, Madhuri Sarda, Founder and Counselling Psychologist of Annantaa, said, “This celebration is our way of recognising women who lead with depth, empathy, and courage—irrespective of the profession they belong to. At Annantaa, we believe that true leadership begins within. When women are emotionally empowered, they create ripples of positive change in every space they enter.” Vidhi Bansal, Co-Founder and Psychotherapist at Annantaa, added, “International Women’s Day is not just about recognition, but reflection and responsibility. By honouring women from varied walks of life, we wanted to highlight that emotional well-being, resilience, and self-awareness are universal strengths. When women feel seen, supported, and aligned, they unlock their fullest potential.”
Bringing the observance to a meaningful close, Annantaa’s International Women’s Day 2026 celebration echoed the deeper spirit of Give to Gain—a reminder that progress is born from generosity of thought, time, empathy, and purpose.By creating a space that honoured shared wisdom, diverse journeys, and collective strength, Annantaa reinforced the belief that when women uplift one another and lead with emotional awareness, everyone gains—individuals, communities, and society at large. The celebration stood as a reflection of Annantaa’s commitment to nurturing conscious leadership and meaningful growth, where giving is not an act of sacrifice, but a pathway to collective resilience, alignment, and lasting impact.
